چکیده

Because of the limitations traditional refrigerants, application trans-critical CO2 technology in domestic gas conditioners and other fields is becoming increasingly popular. This paper proposes a new refrigeration system. Combining internal heat exchanger expander components, as well two-stage compression cycle, we analyzed effectiveness expander, exchanger, intercooling on system performance under various operating conditions terms energy, exergy analysis, optimal discharge pressure. The can be changed by changing cycle effectiveness, which reduces power consumption percentage losses cooler components. Compared to single-stage with systems reduced 2–15.7% maximum COP increased 2.93–6.93%. From view energy system’s increases 3.9% decreases 22.5% varying. addition an has resulted improved performance, important for providing relevant model application.

Performance Investigation of Two Two-Stage Trans-Critical Carbon Dioxide Refrigeration Cycles Ejector and Internal Heat Exchanger

In the present work, the performances of improved two-stage multi inter-cooler trans- critical carbon dioxide (CO2) refrigeration cycles with ejector and internal heat exchanger have been examined. In the new improved cycles, an internal heat exchanger is append to the cycles. Also, second inter-cooler in improved cycles, cooled with the refrigeration of the cycle, so that in first c...

Effect of an Internal Heat Exchanger on Performance of the Transcritical Carbon Dioxide Refrigeration Cycle with an Expander

The effect of the internal heat exchanger (IHE) on the performance of the transcritical carbon dioxide refrigeration cycle with an expander is analyzed theoretically on the basis of the first and second laws of thermodynamics. The possible parameters affecting system efficiency such as heat rejection pressure, gas cooler outlet temperature, evaporating temperature, expander isentropic efficienc...

Thermodynamic Analysis of Double-Stage Compression Transcritical CO2 Refrigeration Cycles with an Expander

Four different double-compression CO2 transcritical refrigeration cycles are studied: double-compression external intercooler cycle (DCEI), double-compression external intercooler cycle with an expander (DCEIE), double-compression flash intercooler cycle (DCFI), double-compression flash intercooler cycle with an expander (DCFIE). The results showed that the optimum gas cooler pressure and optim...

The energy and exergy analysis of a novel cogeneration organic Rankine power and two-stage compression refrigeration cycle

The energy crisis in recent years has led to the use of thermodynamic cycles that work based on renewable energies. Low-temperature cycles—such as organic cycles—are suitable strategies for the application of renewable energies. The present study proposes a novel cycle through the integration of a two-stage compression refrigeration cycle with a combined Rankine power and ejector refrigerat...

Future of the Refrigeration Cycle with Expander

The refrigeration cycle with the thro~tling device has moe work power consumption and less refrigeration capacity than tha~ with the expander. It is S':Jggested that substituting the expander for the throttling device in the refrigeration cycle should be the efficient way for saving the energy of the refrigeration system. Up to now, the design and ~anufacturing of the two-phase expander seems t...
